EARL Les Fromentaux
We are based in dept 36 in the centre of France and producers and suppliers of quality beef, lamb, veal and poultry. We are also suppliers of locally sourced Pork that we butcher here on the farm and transform into English Style sausages, bacon and gammon.
Our Products
Limousin Beef, slow grown for a more flavoursome meat. Our beef is hung for a minimum of 14 days. Because it is butchered here on the farm, means that we can accommodate any request with regards to the cuts of meats you might want. To find out more about our animals click here
Farm Shop
Come and see us at the Farm shop where you can buy our meat direct, as well as our cooked goods, including our famous handmade pies, that are made right here on the farm using our own meat. Markets
Find us on the 29th of each month at Les Herolles, and at Celon on the second and fourth Sunday of each month, and the first Sunday at St Marcel. Check out our blog for an updated list of where we will be. Call us on 02 54 25 34 73 so we can make sure we have what you need!
Pop Up Shop and Pie nights
As well as at the farm you can find us at a Pop Up Shop and Pie night somewhere in the area. Any of our products can be ordered to be collected at these venues. Just ring or email to place your order, and we will be sure to bring it along!
We also bring our mobile kitchen to a host restaurant and provide a range of freshly prepared and cooked pies served with hand cut chips and veg. Click here to find out where we will be next
