ONLINE ORDERING TEST
Online ordering is almost ready
We are preparing a simple new way to order farm shop products online for collection on Friday or Saturday. Before it goes live, we would like a small group of customers to help us test the experience, especially on mobile phones.
You can volunteer as a tester, ask for a launch notification, or choose both.
Become a tester
As a tester, you may be invited to:
- try the ordering steps on your phone, tablet or computer;
- check that products, collection days and confirmation details are clear;
- tell us where anything feels confusing or difficult.
Important: placing an order during a test does not mean it will be prepared. Please only expect a collection order when Sue or another member of our team confirms it.

Prefer to wait until everything is ready? Leave your email address and we will send you one message when online ordering is officially available.
- No regular newsletter subscription.
- No online payment is required in the current ordering phase.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Clear and simple
What happens after you sign up?
- We send an automatic confirmation to your email address.
- If you volunteered as a tester, we contact you separately when a testing place is available.
- If you selected the launch update, we email you once online ordering goes live.
